A bit more about me…

I am Aditya Aserkar. I come from the bustling city of Mumbai within the chaotic-serene land of India. I am a mechanical engineer and a new media designer by formal education and an aspiring polymath. I've lived in over 4 countries, speak over 4 languages, and try to learn from each of these experiences, people, culture and behaviours.
I have keen interest in travel, music, woodworking, scientific discoveries, urban design, film making, pubic policies, philosophy, languages, social and cultural value systems, evolution of us and the thoughts within us.

I consider myself a problem seeker and not just a problem solver. In a positive way, this foresightedness has been acquired by flexibly working in varied work environments and team setups. From 4 people start-ups to 150-people diverse and distributed teams. From waterfall to SAFe, Agile. From manufacturing plants, to remote desk jobs.
